Our Story

I opened Office Yoga in Israel in 2018 with the will to bring more wellness, relaxation and focus to the fast paced, high demanding business sector.

We started with 6 Yoga teachers, and 2 meditation teachers.  Four years later, the team grew into 25 teachers from various fields, workshops, lectures, and dozens of companies which offer regular weekly classes for their employees well-being.

High tech, Low tech, city councils, start-ups, design studios and universities  -  all establishments are welcome in the kingdom of breath.

I moved to Lisbon in 2022, and I'm very excited to bring my knowledge and experience to the wellness of business in Portugal.
